Pay Maintenance by ACH or Credit Card
The board is introducing a new feature for the residents starting immediately: the ability to pay maintenance fees by ACH transfer, credit card or continue as you have been doing all along.
Attached is the form you would need to complete, ONLY if you are interested. Return it to Island East Management, the same company that is receiving your maintenance checks. The form does not need to be returned to Island East if you are not changing your method of payment.
There is no deadline to enroll. The different options to pay maintenance fees can be taken advantage of at any time. A copy of the form is posted on our website, www.westhamptonlandings.com.
