On behalf of the Board of Managers, welcome to the Westhampton Landings Condominium community web site. The Landings is a year round community of 50, three story townhouses in 8 buildings spread over 4.25 landscaped acres. Many units are located on the Moneybogue Canal with most having water views and all entitled to a boat slip.
Utilized mostly as a summer residence by the owners, some condos are available as seasonal or non-seasonal rentals. The Landings is in a wonderful location in that it is the “first” Hampton when traveling to the east end of Long Island. It is also within walking distance to the center of town, the marina, and the beach.
