REFINISHING OF DECKS-2011
Now that the summer season has ended, we are planning on continuing the power washing and sealing of the decks that was begun in the spring. The timetable is for Rashad to begin the process the beginning of October with a completion date of mid-November. Of course the pace and scope of the project is dependent on cooperation of the weather. If you recall we had an unusually wet spring which caused the delay until the fall. This should give us enough time to wash, let dry and seal the remaining 6 buildings before the onset of winter.
Rashad has assured the board that every effort will be made to protect all property while completing the task. To that end the Board asks that you remove all deck furniture-both upper and lower so that nothing interferes with the men doing their work. If items are left on the decks during this period of time, the board will not take responsibility for their safe keeping. When everyone returns to The Landings for the beginning of the 2012 season, you will be delighted at the look of the new decks. Thank you for your cooperation.
