Front Steps Construction Project

Since our annual meeting and the community expressing its desire to have additional contractors bid on the re building of the front steps, the board has reached out to others and has received one bid from another interested party recommended by a unit owner. Ideally we would like to have three bids to review and have asked one of our residents for their help. You will be kept informed on our progress as we need to keep in mind weather conditions for construction and the necessity of having the project completed by next spring.
