Because the lower levels are limited common space and have been erected for several years SINGLE OUTDOOR SHOWER STALLS will be permitted. Since The Landings is a beach community with the lower levels highly visible, a shower would need to be tastefully constructed provided:
(1) A written request, along with design including dimensions, are submitted to the Board for approval in advance of construction.
(2) The unit owner acknowledges in writing to the board that they will be solely responsible for any frozen pipes and all damages incurred either to their unit or adjacent units in the event of burst pipe.
