You will be receiving all the documents associated with the meeting by certified mail in the coming days. They are also included in this message.
It is essential that you read the President’s Message (see link below) in advance as it speaks to the important issues we faced this past year and what it means to our immediate future. The 2015 annual meeting minutes, financials, ballot and resumes of those running for office, along with a proxy statement can be found on the links below.
The board election on the 4th could influence the direction of The Landings in the coming year. Up for re-election are Susan Wright and Jeff Leader. Two other unit owners are also on the ballot. Your vote can make a difference. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please submit your proxy for the candidates of your choice.
