MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT POSTPONED
With the Corona virus affecting everyday life, the board just finished an emergency meeting to discuss the hardship this has placed upon all of us. With one out of every five people now working from home, we all agreed that with incomes being effected, the recently introduced assessment of $285 per month will be placed on a temporary hold for 3 months, April, May, and June. Anyone that has already paid April, will receive a credit for their assessment portion of the April payment. Please recognize that the new monthly operating maintenance fee of $595 is not affected by the hold and needs to continue.
