FLOOD BARRIERS
On September 23, the community was informed of The Landings transition from HCMC as our management company to Island East Management. With the change coming at the end of the summer season, preparations for the transition to off season became more of a priority. Some matters had to be addressed immediately. One of those was installation of flood barriers owned by unit owners. They will be installed on Friday, October 13 by Island East, weather permitting. Our apology for the short notice and thank you for your cooperation.
