Call to order at 7:21 pm via Zoom.
Master Plan Update
7 of out 10 concrete staircases are installed. Approximately 30% of the walkways are installed.
We are in the transition phase from demo to installation. Within 3 to 4 weeks there will be a
significant difference in the appearance of the campus. On track from completion deadline.
The budget is tight at the moment. Town of SH has yet to release reimbursement checks. EV
station moving would cost 15k, possible reconsideration. Sandpebble has moved to an hourly
rate. We are close (paid out 230K) to the amount we budgeted (270K) for them for the project.
Suffolk county did cash a deposit check of 196K. Sewer on track for connection by end of the
month. 400k is the landscaping budget.
Central Fire Alarm
There are still units with the old red sensors in place. Those will need to be replaced. Island
East to assist. The new central panel has been installed.
Presidents Report
The president gave an update on findings related to owner concerns regarding encroachment
and retaining walls.
Assessment Collections
Aluminum Wiring Update
Another electrical contractor was consulted – Doug from Lights of Long Island. The board
discussed remediation options and permitting requirements.
Budget Update
No further revisions to the budget have been received. The board discussed when and how to
share with the community.
